Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using Crowdz ("the App," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crowdz App LLC.

Crowdz is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover or have reason to believe that a user is under 18, we will suspend or permanently remove that account without notice. Crowdz does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You may not share your account or allow others to access it. Crowdz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine pose a risk to the platform or other users.

Crowdz is a social platform where users can post content, interact with others, and participate in event communities. You retain ownership of content you post but grant Crowdz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content to operate the Service.

You agree not to post, share, upload, or transmit any content that:

• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory toward any individual or group
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts or involves minors in any inappropriate way
• Is violent, graphic, or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Is defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or impersonates another person or organization
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
• Contains spam, malware, phishing attempts, or unauthorized advertising
• Solicits personal information from minors or facilitates contact with minors for inappropriate purposes
• Promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or other controlled substances

Crowdz reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards at any time and without prior notice.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, you can report it directly within the app. Every user profile includes a report button accessible at any time. All reports are received and reviewed by Crowdz. We will take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, depending on the severity of the violation. Report data is retained by Crowdz for moderation and safety purposes.

To report a user or content within the app, tap the flag icon on any user profile and follow the prompts. You may also contact us directly at team@crowdzapp.com.

You may block any other user at any time using the block feature available on every user profile. Blocking a user:

• Immediately removes their content from your feed
• Prevents them from viewing your profile or content
• Prevents all further interaction between you and the blocked user

Blocked users are not notified that they have been blocked. You can view and manage your blocked accounts at any time in Settings under Privacy and Notifications. Every block action generates a notification to Crowdz for moderation review.

Crowdz actively moderates the platform. We review all reports submitted by users and take action against content and accounts that violate these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend any account, or permanently ban any user at our sole discretion if we determine that their conduct is harmful, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Posting illegal, abusive, misleading, or objectionable content
• Impersonating any person or organization
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Attempting to interfere with the performance, security, or integrity of the Service
• Using automation, bots, or scripts to scrape, abuse, or manipulate the Service
• Creating multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Collecting or harvesting personal information about other users without their consent

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials that are part of the Crowdz platform are owned by or licensed to Crowdz App LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Certain features of Crowdz require payment, including ticket purchases and host subscriptions. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors including Stripe and Apple's App Store. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law or stated in our refund policy. Crowdz is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or applications. Crowdz is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Crowdz does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Crowdz is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of content posted by users or for any harm resulting from your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crowdz App LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crowdz App LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, harmful conduct toward other users, or any activity we determine to be detrimental to the platform or its community. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions applicable to your relationship with Crowdz.
